I scheduled an ear cleaning here, and I arrived late and they still accommodated to have me seen. They did a quick view before starting and realized I didn’t even need the clean whatsoever. Needless to say I wasn’t charged and yet I still felt like I was well taken care of! Very friendly staff and very supportive! 10/10 do recommend!
Starkey Hearing center in Mooresville NC is an exceptional place to get a hearing test and work on your hearing issues, The Staff are wonderful and so accommodating and they know what they are doing. I feel very comfortable with my Hearing Instrument Specialist , Catherine Tschiember. She takes the time to go thru each step of the test and reviewing the options of Hearing devices to use for my hearing issues. They do not rush you and may you feel that are invested in you and that is Tops in my book. I would Highly recommend patronizing Starkey Hearing for your hearing issues and solutions.
I’ve recently in the past 6 months purchase hearing aids from starkey, im very picky about how comfortable I have to feel w everything, they remade me 4 sets of hearing aids at no extra charge, I love the final pair, again it wasn’t the hearing aids weren’t great I just have a very hard time feeling comfortable with anything new. I assure all would be very pleased with these ladies they are very down to earth and go out of their way to make sure you get the best hearing aids at a competive price possible. I will always be thankful that I found starkey for my hearing .warning you just might start hearing people that you wish you could turn off sometimes haha
Starky and their staff are absolutely amazing! I have had hearing issues since 2009 and have been to many different audiologists attempting to live a better life with better hearing. During my hearing test at Starky, which was extremely comprehensive, it was determined my right ear was fine. I have always thought so too, however, I was told otherwise by other audiologist. I believe CEENTA simply wanting to sell more products, and also attempted to make me self pay, which they were contracted to honor my medical insurance. There were absolutely no issues at Starky and they really want to help you with your needs and get to the root of your hearing issues and not sell products. Thanks again Cat for your patience, knowledge and expertise. This truly didn’t feel like an overwhelming visit and experience.
Excellent customer service, easy scheduling, very helpful and professional.. We needed receivers and were in and were in and out in 20 minutes.

The customer service here is fantastic. I purchased custom IEMS here and the fit on them was perfect. As a drummer headphones that stay in place mean a lot. I did end up returning them because the audio wasn’t quite to my taste. Lows made it seem a little muddy. The entire process of purchase and the return was extremely smooth and all of the staff here are super friendly and helpful.

Great experience at Starkey Hearing at LangTree. I came in for hearing aid service and a rechargeable charger. Catherine did an excellent job explaining maintenance and care—very helpful and professional. Katie, the office coordinator, was so polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very professional but yet friendly folks. Changed to this business as previous company / audiologist had really messed up my hearing. After test, loading/programming of such, etc. I can honestly say that hearing clarity is best it has been in quite a while! Let’s give a thank you to Catherine! Oh, and their coffee is quite tasty!
